The Mercedes-Benz User Experience System explained.

Mercedes-Benz is always looking for new ways to meet the needs of its customers.
Whether that’s by creating new engines, developing safety technologies, or building connectivity systems, the German manufacturer is still at the forefront of the latest developments in the automotive industry.
The perfect example of this is the new Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) system. Introduced in the new-generation A-Class, MBUX will be integrated into all new Mercedes-Benz models, including the 2020 GLE.
Hey, Mercedes.
Mercedes-Benz User Experience is much more than an infotainment system.
MBUX stands out in the degree of personalization and simplicity it offers consumers. MBUX adapts to the driver thanks to a highly developed artificial intelligence.
For example, if MBUX detects that you often call a particular contact in the morning or that you like listening to a specific radio channel at certain times, these elements will be made more easily accessible with MBUX.
In addition, it is possible to interact through voice commands with the system. Mercedes-Benz worked very hard to develop some of the most advanced voice command systems you can get in a luxury vehicle.
The first step is to use the "Hey, Mercedes" command, as you would with Siri or Google Assistant. Once connected, you can ask the system to do a variety of things, such as adjust the climate controls by saying, "Hey, Mercedes, it's hot in the car."
The device will then be able to activate the air conditioning or at least adjust everything to cool the cabin. This is just one example of everything you can do with MBUX. Users will notice the simplicity of the system immediately.
