Mercedes-Benz Langley earns 2017 Star Dealer award..

Strong customer satisfaction is the key to success.
Mercedes-Benz Canada handed out its 2017 Star Dealer designations earlier this month, rewarding Mercedes-Benz Langley with the coveted prize. The Star Dealer title acknowledges Mercedes-Benz dealerships that have “excelled in the areas of new and pre-owned sales, service and parts,” stated Mercedes-Benz Canada in a press release, while achieving “strong customer satisfaction results” during the 2016 calendar year.
With only 10 winners from 58 dealers a Star Dealer award is extra special.
Of the 58 authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Canada only 10 received Star Dealer designations this year, and Dilawri Group’s Mercedes-Benz Langley location made the list after only opening its doors in the spring of 2013. Mercedes-Benz created the award in 1999, and it’s been a source of pride for the dealer principles, management and staff that have received it as well as an opportunity for the automaker to publicly thank those dealers that have most impacted its overall success. “Every dealership in our organization has worked extremely hard to help Mercedes-Benz Canada achieve our overall outstanding results in 2016, including being top luxury manufacturer for the third year in a row,” said Brian D. Fulton, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada. “There were however ten dealerships in particular that truly distinguished themselves and as such, we are delighted to award them the 2017 Star Dealer designation. “I congratulate them, but more importantly wish to thank them for their role in being the Best of the Best. Not surprisingly, this year we put a more elaborate focus on the Customer Satisfaction component and I am delighted to say that these ten dealers most definitely rose to the challenge.”
Star Dealer recognition gives Mercedes-Benz Langley customers added confidence.
Through the automaker’s 58 Canadian dealerships, of which 11 are owned by Mercedes-Benz Canada and 47 are authorized franchises, 48,320 vehicles were sold in 2016, making for the best year ever and the third consecutive year Mercedes-Benz has been the top luxury manufacturer in Canada. “We are honoured to have achieved the Star Dealer award after just our third year in business, and it’s all due to the customer focused team that works at Mercedes-Benz Langley,” said Dean Rideout, General Manager, Mercedes-Benz Langley.
