Mercedes-Benz Langley: Changing Gear with a New Holiday Tradition.
December 17 2019, Mercedes-Benz Langley
Mercedes-Benz Langley, a proud member of Dilawri Group of Companies is paying it forward for the holidays. Starting November 25th, fundraising efforts began in the dealership’s latest charitable initiative for the Langley community. After hosting the Annual Donor Dinner for the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation, Mercedes-Benz and Langley Memorial Hospital have once again found a kindred cause for the festive season.
The Mercedes-Benz Langley team feels a strong connection to their community. In place of the usual Secret Santa and company celebrations, General Manager Scott Bianchin and his team are committing their time and efforts to their own kind of tradition. They are turning towards the needs of their community once more by organizing company-wide donations and a Toy Drive for the Langley Memorial Hospital.
This year’s fundraising efforts will be dedicated to two wonderful causes. The Mercedes-Benz Langley team will be raising funds for the Langley Memorial Hospital Pediatrics Department and donating toys to children who are spending their holidays in the hospital. 50% of funds raised will also be directly donated to the Langley Christmas Bureau to help support families in need during the holiday season.
For Scott Bianchin and his team, “giving doesn’t just mean money, it can mean resources, time, energy, or lending a helping hand wherever possible. We look forward to continuing our tradition of giving back to our community.”
